“Hometown Economic Recovery Program grants focus on programs that can provide strategic support and resources to help our region’s overall recovery,” said Elizabeth Danforth, Evergy’s director of public affairs. “These agencies play a vital role as businesses and communities recover and adapt to challenges brought by the pandemic. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support their work.”
