Evergy, Inc. (NYSE: EVRG) announced today it will release its 2020 third quarter earnings Thursday, November 5, 2020, before market open. The company plans to host its quarterly conference call and audio webcast to discuss the results Thursday, November 5, 2020.

In conjunction with National Clean Energy Week, Evergy announced today that it is partnering with Midwestern utilities to develop a multi-state electric vehicle charging network by 2022.

Based on feedback received at an open house last December, Evergy will modify a rebuilt transmission line along Mossman and Green streets in northeast Wichita.

(NYSE: EVRG) today announced that Terry Bassham has informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of his decision to retire as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Evergy. To ensure a smooth transition, Bassham will continue to serve as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Evergy until his successor is appointed.

Paragould Light Water and Cable will partner with Evergy to provide solar power to the Paragould, Ark., community. Evergy was selected through an RFP process that was conducted by GDS Associates to build a new solar array that will generate 1.44 megawatts of energy.
